About Aldemor Holidays WA
Whilst Western Australia has recovered from a State of Emergency due to the COVID19 Pandemic, Aldemor Holidays will continue to ensure all our guests can confidently enjoy their stay in a safe and clean environment.
As Aldemor continues to maintain a 24-48hr gap between each reservation, we are able to offer guests early checkins and late checkouts of 12 noon at no extra charge. No back to back bookings.

Our housekeeping staff are certified in the COVID19 Hygiene Course & are fully vaccinated.

Aldemor Holidays at Preston Beach WA is a locally based family business managed by owner, Tracy Roache. Commencing in October 2016, Aldemor continues to offer an honest, friendly and reliable approach to holidaying in Preston Beach, the Peel Region of WA.
As residents of Preston Beach we are readily available to assist, whether you are an owner interested in renting out your holiday home for short term stays or a holidaymaker searching for suitable accommodation; Aldemor will guarantee a professional service at all times. Note that Aldemor does not manage Strata properties for short term holiday lets.

It is important for property owners to note that all holiday homes used for Short Term Holiday Rentals must hold a permit and be registered within the local authority, Waroona Shire Council. Property owners can find further information on how to apply via the Shire's website :

Travellers will find several holiday homes on our website, which can be booked directly online using our Accommodation Booking Calendar. Check in time is from 12noon and Check out time is before 12noon. We do not have back to back bookings allowing a 24-48hr gap between each reservation. All our properties have a 2 night minimum stay and 3-5 nights minimum stay during school holidays and long weekends.

Our Services to Holiday Home Owners

Cleaning
Internal cleaning of Aldemor managed holiday homes is all part of the service after every guest reservation.

Spring Cleaning is a separate service and fees/charges apply to home owners under Aldemor management.
​​

Detailed BBQ cleaning is part of Spring Cleaning and not included in general guest cleans. It is however up to each guest to leave the BBQ clean at the end of their stay.

Welcome Hampers
As a guest arriving at a property for the first time it is a nice feeling to be welcomed with a little hamper, or even a vase of fresh flowers and locally grown lemons as pictured.

Laundry
Owners and guests can hire our hotel quality bed and bath linen when staying at Aldemor accommodation.
In March 2017 Aldemor engaged the services of Alpine Laundry, a family owned business in Bunbury. Alpine Laundry has been in operation for 15yrs+ and services many hotels/B&Bs/holiday houses in the South West of WA.

Spring Cleaning

Detailed spring cleans are available during quiet periods of the year or as time allows.
​
It is recommended a thorough spring clean be carried out before the busy extended Oct/Dec holidays. Areas in need of attention can be discussed with Aldemor.

'Thinking of Selling?' If you are wanting a spring clean for sale purposes, we can assist in this area too.

Inventories & Post Inspections
Aldemor will conduct a post inspection at the changeover of guests, ensuring everything is in place as it was when your guests arrived. Any discrepancies will be noted and you will be advised.

Booking Schedules
Communication is the key to a successful booking schedule and a great guest experience.

At Aldemor we strive to ensure owners and guests are always kept updated from the commencement of a booking right through to the end.
​

Be assured Aldemor is locally based in Preston Beach and available to assist your holiday guests and home owners at short notice if need be.

Key Access, Mail & Security
Overflowing mail/letter boxes are often not a nice look and can display that no-one is living in the property. Let Aldemor clear your mail boxes and/or arrange mail redirection.
​
Should you engage our full management services, Aldemor will keep a watch on your property (including off-peak times) with a simple drive-by to check things look in order. We will contact you immediately should there be any concerns.

Maintenance & Rubbish Collection
Aldemor can arrange contractors on your behalf, for gas bottles, wood for pot belly stoves, mowing of lawns, plumbing and electrics as required.
All residential Council bins are collected on a weekly basis. Between Aldemor and our guests, we will do this for you at no extra charge.

Any excess rubbish for disposal can be discussed with Aldemor.

Aldemor’s Reservation Policy - September, 2023
​
By reserving accommodation with Aldemor Holiday Services at Preston Beach WA, each guest agrees as follows:
​
• Once your requested dates have been confirmed you will be required to complete our online Guest Register. Please ensure you submit this register at your earliest convenience to secure your booking. 30% part payment is required within 48hrs to secure your reservation and full payment is required during peak holiday periods. Remaining balances are due within two weeks of arrival.
• Checkin time is from 12noon onwards and checkout time is prior to 12noon, unless otherwise arranged.
• The Housekeeping fee includes the provision of bed and bath linen, cleaning and sanitisation of accommodation. We are taking the extra steps to ensure all our guests enjoy their stay in a safe and clean environment. We do ask that guests leave their accommodation in a similar way upon checkout to avoid further cleaning costs being incurred.
• Groups comprising of young adults 18-24 will not be permitted. The total number of guests residing are not to exceed that of the reservation being made (including social gatherings). If found to be in breach of this rule, you will be charged additional fees and your holiday accommodation may be immediately withdrawn.
• Strictly no parties or events. Accommodation is for paid guests only. Additional visitors to the property by request only.
• Approved stays longer than 4 weeks and no more than 90 days will incur a monthly cleaning fee as set by Aldemor. Property inspections, one month's security bond will apply. Garden maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenants for longer stays unless otherwise agreed. References from a previous host, real estate agent or similar will be required for stays longer than 4 weeks.
• In accordance with the Shire of Waroona Holiday Home Licence, there is a restriction on the number of cars allowed to park in the driveways at each property at any one time. Guests will be notified according to which property is being booked. All vehicle registration numbers must be provided prior to check in date. Strictly no parking on the verge, street, or nearby vacant blocks. Tents, camper trailers and caravans are not permitted. Boats & trailers by approval only.
• Where guest accommodation allows dogs, prior approval must be requested (no more than two dogs are permitted at any time). Once approved, don't forget to bring your pet's bedding - dogs are not allowed on furniture or your accommodation bedding. As some properties are not fully fenced/enclosed, the owners and property manager take no responsibility for pets on the property should they escape or be injured. Dogs are not to be left on the property unattended at any time. All pet waste and dog food scraps must be disposed of. Any pet hair on floors/carpets to be swept/vacuumed. To avoid further charges being incurred, we ask that you please follow these House Rules. There is a pet bond, be certain to select this option when submitting your reservation (a separate bond applies to each pet).
• Strictly no drugs on premises allowed at any time.
• Smoking is NOT permitted inside any of the Aldemor properties. Please be bushfire aware when smoking in the designated outdoor areas by extinguishing all cigarettes responsibly.
• Please be courteous of your neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum. No excessive noise after 10pm. Code of Conduct to be followed as per the House Manual.
• Some properties may have outdoor surveillance cameras, so please be sure to read the property description before choosing your accommodation.
• If the property you have booked becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the sale of the property or the property ceases to be a short term let, Aldemor will endeavour to offer alternative accommodation within their group of properties. If a suitable property cannot be found, alternatively, a full refund of any monies paid will be issued to the guest.
• Please allow 2-4 business days after vacating for the return of security bond monies.
• When submitting an enquiry, please tell us a little about yourself and let us know that you have read the full property description and understand the Aldemor Reservation & Cancellation Policies.

Aldemor’s Cancellation Policy - September, 2023
Firm
​
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Housekeeping fees will be refunded if the guest did not check in.

Any Aldemor service fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.

If there is a complaint, notice must be given in writing to Aldemor within 24 hours of check-in.

A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest notifies Aldemor in writing by email.
