In light of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), Aldemor is monitoring the situation closely, with the safety of holidaymakers and the community in mind

Aldemor Holiday Services at Preston Beach WA is a small locally based, family business managed by owner/operator Tracy Roache. Commencing in October 2016, AHS continues to offer an honest, friendly and reliable approach to holidaying in Preston Beach and other areas around the Peel region of WA.

Our expertise ranges in areas such as Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality and Catering. As residents of Preston Beach we also have the added advantage of being able to attend to requests within a short time frame. Whether you are an owner looking for someone to manage your accommodation bookings or as a traveller, find you the most suitable accommodation, AHS will guarantee a professional service at all times.

You will find several holiday homes on our website, which you can book directly online via our Accommodation Booking Calendar.  Note that all our properties have a 2 night minimum stay and during school holidays or long weekends a 3-5 night minimum will apply.  Same day booking requests cannot be guaranteed as generally a 24hr advance notice period applies, however a simple phone call will give you the answer ~ on 0412 800 985 or email

Our Services to Holiday Home Owners

Cleaning Inclusions

General cleaning will include:

  • Vacuum or sweep inside of whole house, mopping of vinyl/wood/tiled floors, cleaning bathroom vanities/sinks, shower recesses wc’s, bath tubs and laundry trough.

  • Wipe clean the kitchen benches/tables, sink, stove top/oven, fridge and empty dishwasher if needed.

  • Dust shelves and furniture. 

  • Strip and remake beds with fresh linen (refer Laundry section for further details). AHS takes pride in bed making ~ all beds are made with such precision.

  • Empty kitchen bin and replace liner. (Refer Rubbish Collection section for further details).

  • Please note that cleaning of BBQs is part of a Spring Clean and not included in general changeover cleans. In most instances guests are responsible for cleaning after use.  Where a BBQ requires cleaning by AHS an additional charge will be incurred to the guest.

Welcome Hampers

As a guest arriving at a property for the first time it is a nice feeling to be welcomed with a little hamper, or even a vase of fresh flowers and locally grown lemons as pictured.

An assortment of Welcome hampers are available to order through AHS.  Prices start at $25.00.

AHS provides beautiful hotel quality bed and bath linen in all its Preston Beach holiday accommodation. 


As at March 2017 AHS engaged the services of Alpine Laundry, a family owned business in Bunbury.  Alpine Laundry has been in operation for 15yrs+ and services many hotels/B&Bs/holiday houses in the South West of WA.

Spring Cleaning

Detailed spring cleans are available during quiet periods of the year or as time allows.

It is recommended a thorough spring clean be carried out before the busy extended Oct/Dec holidays. Areas in need of attention can be discussed with AHS.

OUTDOORS: cleaning of windows, BBQs, outdoor yard cleanup, sanitising of Council bins.

INDOORS: clean carpet rugs, thorough oven makeover, defrost fridge/freezer, clean out kitchen cupboards and suggest items to be replaced such as any chipped or ageing crockery, pots, pans etc.

Prices range from $40.00 per hour.  Please contact AHS for Schedule of Rates.


Inventories & Post Inspections

AHS will conduct a post inspection at the changeover of guests, ensuring everything is in place as it was when your guests arrived. Any discrepancies will be noted and you will be advised.

Should you wish AHS to replenish your basic supplies such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bath soap, toilet paper, matches/fire lighters, cleaning products, etc., we will itemise and invoice you as required.

You may however, choose to keep your own stock of these supplies in a locked cupboard for AHS to use as required.  If you are doing so, it is important to keep these stocked at all times.

Booking Schedules

Communication is the key to a successful booking schedule and great guest experience.

At Aldemor we strive to ensure owners and guests are always kept updated from the commencement of a booking right through to the end. 

After Hours Contact

Be assured AHS is locally based in Preston Beach and available to assist your holiday guests at short notice if need be.

Key Access, Mail & Security

Most holiday home owners have a key lock box system on their property.  If time allows AHS will meet and greet your guests with the key.

It is a good idea for owners to provide an additional set of keys to AHS for emergency situations and in case keys are misplaced or lost.

Overflowing mail/letter boxes are often not a nice look and can display that no-one is living in the property. Let AHS clear your mail boxes and/or arrange mail redirection.

Should you engage our services, AHS will keep a watch on your property (including off-peak times) with a simple drive-by to check things look in order. We will contact you immediately should there be any concerns.

Maintenance & Rubbish Collection

AHS can assist with ordering/arranging contractors on your behalf, for gas bottles, wood for pot belly stoves, mowing of lawns, plumbing and electrics as required. Contractors will invoice owners separately and AHS will charge a small administration fee for this service.

All residential Council bins in Preston Beach are collected on a Wednesday morning and required to be placed on the verge the Tuesday evening prior. Guests are requested to place bins on the verge if they are staying during these days. If there is a changeover of guests on a Tuesday, AHS will place 1 or 2 bins on your verge for rubbish collection the following morning. Any excess rubbish for disposal can be discussed with AHS.


Tracy is an outstanding manager of our property in Preston Beach. She is personable, efficient and has fantastic hospitality skills. I definitely feel comfortable leaving our property in her very capable hands.
